EDWG stands for Electronic Distribution Working Group. EDWG is an independent steering committee that promotes and facilitates the distribution of electronic Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) to health professionals and other interested organisations.

EDWG was established in 1995 to promote and facilitate the distribution of electronic Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) to health professionals and other interested organisations.

EDWG seeks to drive the Quality Use of Medicine through promoting and facilitating the electronic distribution of current, accurate legally compliant CMI's to all Australian Health Professionals and the patients they care for.
